JOB DESCRIPTION

Community Growth and Engagement
Implement growth strategies that align with organizational objectives
Coordinate digital platform interactions and event planning (online/offline)
Generate captivating content and moderate discussions to promote engagement
Strategic Leadership and Partnerships
Lead collaborative projects and offer guidance to team members
Foster connections with pertinent crypto communities
Recognize and support community leaders and influencers
Data Analysis and Communication
Examine community data to guide product development and strategy
Sustain uniform communication through community channels
Execute enduring growth strategies based on insights

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 4 years of community management experience
Proven track record of growing Web3 communities preferred
Strong project management and multitasking skills
Proficiency in English required; knowledge of additional languages such as Chinese, Japanese, Korean is a plus
Experience with community management tools and data analysis
Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
Experience in community growth strategies and event planning
Ability to lead and mentor others
Adaptability to fast-paced, global remote work environments
Skilled in stakeholder management and conflict resolution
