Creative Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Oversee and manage all production operations, ensuring high-quality outputs for multimedia projects (video, art, and audio)
Balance speed and quality to meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining high creative standards
Collaborate with the creative, product, and engineering teams to ensure production processes align with platform capabilities and product-level input
Lead and manage a large team, ensuring each department meets its output goals while maintaining consistency and quality across all projects
Develop and implement streamlined workflows to improve efficiency and quality across all departments (art, video, and audio)
Act as a key point of contact for production-related issues, providing solutions to challenges in real-time and ensuring smooth operations
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on creative vision and production requirements
Maintain oversight of production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
Act as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring consistency in tone, pacing, and style across all adapted content

JOB REQUIREMENT

Experience
5+ years of experience in a senior production management role within creative industries (e.g., video, art, or audio production)
Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-quality creative outputs across multiple departments
Possesses a strong storytelling instinct, with a natural knack for proper narrative structure, pacing, and flow, as well as understanding of audio and visual elements
Strong understanding of creative processes and tools, including Adobe Suite, After Effects, video/audio editing software, and other industry-standard tools
Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, and creative) and relaying technical input to improve workflows
Skills
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing large, cross-functional teams
Deep understanding of multimedia production processes, including video, art, and audio workflows
Ability to balance quality with speed, ensuring creative excellence while meeting deadlines
Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Directing, Production, Design, Digital Media, Illustration or related field preferred.
