We're seeking a seasoned Engineering Team Lead to head a cross-functional product team in Ho Chi Minh City, comprising frontend, backend, mobile, QA, and DevOps engineers. Lead & Mentor: Grow and coach a high-performing, cross-functional engineering team in agile practices, modern development workflows, and AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot. Shape Product Direction: Partner in the product trio to influence roadmaps and feature development with strong technical insight and customer empathy. Drive Collaboration: Work closely with global stakeholders, especially in Germany, to ensure alignment, transparency, and shared ownership across teams. Champion Engineering Excellence: Promote best practices in CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing, observability, and scalable architecture. Foster a High-Performance Culture: Encourage ownership, continuous learning, and a customer-first mindset within the team. Enable Modern Development: Guide the team in data-driven web development, DevOps principles, and the effective use of generative AI tools. Architect & Align: Contribute to strategic technical decisions and align with other team leads to build and maintain shared components and cloud-native solutions.
