Customer Account Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Account Manager is in-charge of the recruitment operation process between Clients and Recruitment Consultants . This position is customer service, and account management to sure all the best services.
Promote & build awareness of Pegasi’s capabilities to an existing clients
Work closely with Sales Manager, Clients, and Recruitment Consultants to deliver the best services
Join the Client meeting to take all recruitment information
Transfer all recruitment information by inputting into the system and updating it to Recruitment Consulting Department
Coordinate the interview process between Clients and Recruitment Consultants
Follow up the feedback of Clients and Recruitment Consultants to update them on time
Corporate with Recruitment Consultants to follow up the feedback process after the candidate starts working at the Client
Do all reports for Clients when having requirement
Complete the monthly, quarterly and yearly target revenue, KPIs
Support team and company to achieve the monthly, quarterly, and yearly target revenue
And do other tasks are assigned by the line manager 

JOB REQUIREMENT

Graduated from University
At least 1 year of experience in customer services, account management, sales admin, or related fields in any industries
Experience in delivering B2B services to corporate customers is a plus
Detailed-oriented, proactive, patient, good at arranging and following procedures & solving problems
Good communication in English
Good at working autonomously and with a team
Hard-working and willing to learn
Integrity and Straight-talk
