(Senior) Business Development (Sales B2B)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Promote & build awareness of Pegasi’s capabilities to an existing client or prospective client
Develop sales by making Cold Calls/Warm Calls/Hot Calls/Meetings with clients to find out their recruitment demands
Consult the suitable solutions to help client can recruit talents successfully
Identify client requirements with Recruitment Consulting Department
Call, meet, and follow up with clients to build a long-term relationship
Consult and introduce suitable candidates to clients
Manage the working process between Clients, Recruitment Consultants, and Candidates effectively
Get feedback from clients and colleagues to improve continuously
Complete the monthly, quarterly, and yearly target revenue, and KPIs (calls, meeting clients, wow services, new clients, …)
Support team and company to achieve the monthly, quarterly, and yearly target revenue
Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

JOB REQUIREMENT

Graduated from University
At least 2 years of working experience in Sales (B2B)
Sales experience in Consulting, Enterprise Platforms - Human Resource Management, Job Portal, Insurance/Broker Insurance (B2B), Staffing and Recruiting, Payroll Services, Headhunting
Good communication in English
Passion for Recruiting/Headhunting services
Result-oriented and money-oriented
Hard-working and willing to learn
Integrity and Straight-talk
