JOB DESCRIPTION

Oversee the onboarding and adoption process to ensure customers utilize the product consistently and derive value from it
Gain insight into customers' workflows and assist them in integrating our product into their processes
Address potential issues before they escalate by preemptively resolving them
Regularly track customers' usage, satisfaction, and feedback to address any issues as needed
Work collaboratively across departments including sales, support, and product to maintain customer satisfaction

JOB REQUIREMENT

Proficiency in Thai and English language
Experience in B2B consulting or Retail Operations is advantageous
Have a talent for establishing and nurturing relationships
Demonstrate empathy in customer interactions, understanding both their accomplishments and challenges
Possess a data-driven mentality and effective communication and presentation abilities.
