Cyber Security Operation Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Propose policy and strategic plan to maintain dignity, trust of product;
Detect and prevent spam, crawler, automation, illegal/dirty content, automation tools and stimulation;
Pro-actively detect phishing, scam trends and reaction quickly to minimize the possible consequences;
Identify abnormal trends and abuse in cross features via data mining, machine learning;
Work closely with Product, Engineering to deeply understand, identify and execute abusing fighting projects;
Lead subteams to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer engineering, information security or related field;
Experience in detecting spam, phishing, automation tools;
Hands-on experience in log analysis, extracting and interpreting data from the various sources;
Technical proficiency regarding data models, mining, and segmentation;
Ability to programming in Python, Unix scripting, AWK, Java;
Understanding of Operation systems (Windows, Unix, iOS, Android);
Have passion on anonymity, fraud, spam detection;
Have good logical thinking, problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure;
Knowledge of Automation technology (crawler, stimulation, ...) will be a plus point.
