JOB DESCRIPTION

Collecting and processing data: Gather, clean, and analyze data from sources such as Appsflyer, Ad Networks, Firebase, Google Analytics, etc. Ensure that the data is cleaned and well-organized to serve in-depth analysis purposes.
Analysis and reporting: Prepare reports based on the collected metrics, evaluate overall product performance, and make recommendations to support product, marketing, and operations teams.
Customer behavior classification and research: Analyze and make predictions about player behavior (player churn, spending behavior, etc.). Build predictive models of player behavior to support product development strategies.
Support testing and optimization: Assist in conducting A/B tests and propose revenue optimization opportunities based on user data and market insights.
Trend updates and task implementation: Continuously update knowledge about the gaming industry and new trends. Perform other tasks as required by higher management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Good English communication skills (listening, speaking, writing)
Graduated in Data Science, Data Analysis, Mathematics, Computer Science or related fields.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, ...)
Understanding of key metrics in gaming industry such as DAU, MAU, ARPU, Retention, LTV, ...
Experience working with Big Data or Cloud platforms (Google BigQuery, AWS, Azure) is an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Passion for the gaming industry and basic knowledge of player behavior is a significant advantage.
