JOB DESCRIPTION

Oversee the data and information system to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data products such as reports, insights, analytics tools, and models.
Implement and oversee data governance and policies.
Communicate data visions and strategies across functions and business units.
Anticipate upcoming trends and business demands to propose impactful data deliverables.
Oversee the pipeline to deliver high-quality, timely, and useful data to enable data usability, availability, and efficiency on the Information System (BI, Reportings, Dashboard).
Ensure excellence in performing data ad-hoc requests.
Identify analytics opportunities to support the growth of the organization.
Develop analytics capacities through data and data science techniques, mastering knowledge about customers, products, and the business.
Drive data-empowered innovations through ML/AI to improve the efficiency and quality of business and products.
Raise awareness of the potential application of ML/AI.
Provide data, ML/AI learnings, and strategic input to business visions and projects.
Design the framework of AI/ML building, testing, and deployment at a large scale.
Ensure the quality and efficiency of ML/AI deliverables.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Requires a bachelor's degree in fields such as Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, or Business Administration
3-5 years of experience in a senior-level data management role
Experience in designing, managing, and delivering data solutions with a proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery
Proficiency in communicating complex, technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Familiarity or interest in BI, AI, reporting, visualization, infrastructure, architecture, and governance
Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
Adaptability and openness to change
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
High level of strategic thinking and critical thinking skills
Exceptional team management skills
Master's degree or Ph.D. in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related fields
Experience in the mobile/music/game industry
Knowledge of Modern Data Stacks like GCP, AWS, and MLOps
Passion for music, such as playing musical instruments and love for singing karaoke
Experience in designing initiatives and leading the organization's data strategy
