JOB DESCRIPTION

Work with the Business Intelligence team leads to ensure that reports and data analysis requests are delivered with high quality and on time.
Working with the Director of Development to ensure that the BI team has all the support that they need. 
Working to create synergies across the company and encouraging communication to other departments; facilitating multi-function brainstorming sessions to assist with problem solving and collecting external suggestions.
Establishing processes for the BI team to make the BI team output aligned with the business requirements.
Managing the BI team activities and performance, providing guidance to the team leads, and all team members; recruit, mentor, motivate, train, and coach employees ensuring their individual success; manage leaves and hours of work.
Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of the company’s products, processes, and technologies.
Understanding the company’s vision, goals, and strategy, and actively contributing to the achievement of the goals and execution of the company’s strategy. 
Ensuring documentation is always up to date and comprehensible to all stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENT

4 years’ experience as an BI manager or equivalent position.
Excellent leadership skills with an ability to motivate team members and others involved in projects.
Proven experience in planning and managing business intelligence teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and analyze large datasets with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with Kibana/ ElasticSearch is a plus
Experience with Jupyter, MySQL is a plus
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets is a plus
Strong organizational skills.
Solutions-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and ability to adapt to communicating with different stakeholders across different time zones.
Fluent English communication skills, especially verbal and written
Experience preparing reports and presentations, and data analysis.

Shape how users discover, understand, and interact with data products across domains. Maintain UX standards in partnership with the customer-facing UX Design team. Take a deeply user-centric approach to drive change through intuitive and guided technology. Engage with end users to understand needs and gather insights. Integrate continuous feedback loops and iterate quickly to improve platform usability. Ensure all Mesh Experience features support adoption and reinforce the "data-as-a-product" mindset. Maintain active channels for communication and updates. Communicate expectations, standards, and timelines clearly. Highlight wins and success stories to build momentum. Curate relevant external content to support the transformation. Monitor progress of rollout, leader boards, and raise blockers with appropriate stakeholders. Utilize data to highlight platform adoption, culture change, wins, and challenges. Produce clear and compelling summaries on adoption progress for decision making. Manage end user feedback and be the link between users and the platform team.
