JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Project Manager to oversee the efficiency of project operations and become a crucial part of the project's leadership team. Strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and exemplary work ethics are desired for this role. The primary objective is to ensure the project's functionality drives extensive and sustainable growth.
 
Responsibilities include coordinating activities with senior and mid-level managers in various functions to facilitate the implementation of good ideas, initiating discussions to address project issues and guide their solutions, collaborating with project leaders to establish organizational vision, and developing actionable strategies aligned with short and long-term objectives.
 
The Project Manager will also be in charge of translating strategy into actionable steps, fostering positive relationships and collaboration among colleagues, assessing project execution for areas of improvement, coordinating with internal resources, providing consistent project updates to stakeholders, and maintaining project plans documentation and progress reports.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (s) from a recognized university
Previous experience in a leadership role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Self-motivated and capable of taking the lead on projects
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with project management methodologies and processes
Experience in managing projects from start to finish
Strong analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and resourcefulness
Proven track record of completing projects within specified scope, budget, and timeline
Quick problem diagnosis and anticipation of potential issues
Ability to handle multiple tasks while working independently or as part of a team
Additional qualifications, such as an MBA or experience in quantitative or finance fields, would be advantageous
