JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a background in managing large software development projects, preferably in the Fintech industry. This position is based in Ho Chi Minh City and reports to the APAC Head of Delivery.
Overseeing delivery for a portfolio of Agile software development projects
Understanding client's challenges and strategic initiatives to provide relevant solutions
Assisting with pre-sales and proposal support by collaborating with the sales team and technical solution architects
Reviewing and monitoring project planning, budget, and schedule
Facilitating communication with customers and preparing project status reports
Managing change requests and addressing project risks and issues
Supporting the operations team in the invoicing process
Championing quality management and ensuring compliance with Company’s policies and processes
Managing project teams by assigning project managers, ensuring adequate staffing and training, and motivating and mentoring team members.

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least 8 years of experience in overseeing multi-regional/distributed Agile development project teams for international projects
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Previous experience in the Banking sector desirable
Proficient in stakeholder management
Knowledge of Solution Architecture/Engineering Manager skills is an added advantage
Technical background helpful for comprehending technical decisions and facilitating communication with the Product team and/or Client team on client-facing projects, scoping, and defining deliverables
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and adept at interacting with staff at all organization levels
Willingness to be hands-on, especially in a startup environment
Enjoy coaching and mentoring team members
Strong problem-solving skills, a sense of ownership, and a demonstrable leadership track record
