Develop and oversee five chapters: Data Risk Management, Business Analysis, Product Chapter, PMO, and Product Monitoring, establishing clear performance standards and fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement Handle triage, impact assessment, communication, and resolution of data quality incidents with appropriate governance and stakeholder notification Ensure ongoing compliance of Financial Crime products with regulatory obligations, design standards, and operational parameters Offer product support by collaborating with Australian and India-based product teams to strategize, test, and deliver high-quality incremental change Ensure the BA chapter provides structured requirements, well-formed user stories, and adequate test coverage for all change activities Monitor and report on Financial Crime product performance and AI model health, translating data into clear insights and risk signals Act as the representative for the Vietnam team in governance forums and performance reviews with Australian leadership, providing transparent reporting on team output and service levels Collaborate with Australian product, risk, and operations leads to align Vietnam team priorities with broader transformation objectives

Responsible for overseeing the entire delivery process of portfolios and programs, including delivery and financial governance, quality and controls, stakeholder engagement, resource management, and benefits realization. Coordinate global teams to deliver substantial business and technology transformation, while providing direct and second-line people leadership, including capability, capacity, and talent management. Coach and develop leaders and teams, exemplifying Who We Are, PEAK, and Distinctive Leadership behaviors, and embedding a consistent, standardized delivery model through continuous improvement. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), IFRS, and local GAAP as required Supervise general ledger management, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close processes for all APAC entities Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of intercompany transactions and consolidation entries across the region Monitor fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules for APAC Manage treasury functions, including cash flow monitoring and banking relationships for all APAC entities Provide support for regional payroll oversight across APAC Liaise with the Regional Tax Team to ensure consistent tax compliance for CIT, VAT, FCT, and PIT Oversee the timely preparation and submission of tax returns and maintain communication with tax authorities Collaborate with the tax team on transfer pricing documentation, tax planning initiatives, and regulatory updates Stay updated on changes in local tax legislation and accounting standards across APAC jurisdictions Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual statutory audit process Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting staff, setting clear performance objectives and supporting career development Allocate work effectively across the team, identify skills gaps, and support training and development Act as a finance partner to regional business leaders, providing financial insight and analysis Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes, systems, and internal controls Support budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate actuals data and variance analysis.
