JOB DESCRIPTION

Project Oversight: Responsible for the successful delivery of all projects, ensuring deadlines, scope, and quality standards are consistently met.
Monitoring & Reporting: Track the status of ongoing projects, organize weekly delivery review meetings, and provide timely updates on portfolio status, risks, and dependencies.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and escalate major risks, resolve project issues, and manage large customer escalations.
Strategic Project Leadership: Directly manage key and strategic projects (approximately 50% of the time).
Resource Allocation: Effectively manage and allocate delivery resources across projects to maximize efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, manage expectations, and handle escalations.
Standards & Governance: Establish and enforce delivery principles such as project planning, periodic reporting, and risk management frameworks.
Team Development: Train, mentor, and support the project management team to strengthen capabilities and performance.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Completed university or higher education with a major in technology, business administration, economics, etc.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.
Fundamental understanding of Information Technology to adapt to new technology solutions.
Possess strong planning, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Capable of managing work independently as well as in a team.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and other work management support software like MS Project/Jira.
Basic English proficiency for communication, reading, writing reports, and exchanging emails.

Own the overall performance and operations of the pre-sales function, managing multiple language-based teams (currently English- and Mandarin-speaking) through their Team Leaders. Coach and develop Team Leaders, ensuring consistent people management, performance standards, and team engagement across markets and languages. Act as the primary operational point of contact for the client stakeholder, aligning pre-sales execution with client expectations, product updates, and commercial goals. Drive pre-sales strategy, process optimization, and service quality to deliver strong customer experience and sales conversion for client products.
