Delivery Manager (Embedded SW Test/ Automotive)

Plan, monitoring and control Embedded Software Testing projects

Responsible for analyzing requirements from customers

Manage the technical aspects of the project tasks and perform reviews

Manage the package delivery with schedule and deliverables within defined QCD.

Manage testing team (responsible for KPIs, deploying resources, people management)

Take responsibility for the compliance with processes inside the project

Responsible for building up the competency for testing team.

Input for Billing, cost utilization

Focus productivity improvement

Good at Embedded Software test management

Good knowledge of Software development life-cycle

Strong at Project Management

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Exposure to tools like Vector CANoe, MOST, DOORS and Clear case

ISTQB certification.

Automotive domain

PMP certificate or equivalent

Experience of handling a team 8 to 12 people

Opportunity working to implement product features in Automotive Electronic domain such as Microcontrollers, Hardware-in-loop, Steering system under global highly demanding standards of the industry
