JOB DESCRIPTION

Partner with clients on customer and operational initiatives
Supervise a team of team leads and responsible for delivering on SLAs and task schedules
Drive team performance, KPI management, reporting, resource decisions, and AI planning
Take ownership of business KPIs and implement strategies to achieve them
Ensure staffing and productive hours targets are met
Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
Manage the finances of the operation
Serve as the main point of contact for the client management team
Oversee day-to-day operations, with a focus on analytics, coaching, recognition, and performance management
Regularly interact with clients to provide updates and lead operational and project/program level reviews
Foster client and employee satisfaction and reduce attrition rate by closely collaborating with HR, as well as other process owners, training, and quality managers to share best practices and drive better results
Operationally focused with a strong understanding of workflow and adept at handling client interactions

JOB REQUIREMENT

Excellent understanding abilities
Skilled in Operations
Previous experience in overseeing the team's daily tasks
Regular communication with clients for reporting and SLA performance
Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities
Previous experience in overseeing the Quality team's daily tasks
Additional experience in Annotation is advantageous

WHAT'S ON OFFER

This position offers hybrid working arrangements, with three days working in the office and flexible hours.
Salary is negotiable based on candidate expectations.
Employees are entitled to 18 paid leaves annually, which includes 12 annual leaves and 6 personal leaves.
The insurance plan includes coverage based on full salary, a 13th-month salary, and performance bonuses.
A monthly meal allowance of 730,000 VND is provided.
Employees receive 100% full salary and benefits from the start of employment.
Medical benefits are extended to the employee and their family.
The work environment is fast-paced, flexible, and multicultural with opportunities for travel to 49 countries.
The company provides complimentary snacks, refreshments, and parking facilities.
Internal training programs covering technical, functional, and English language skills are offered.
The regular working hours are from 08:30 AM to 06:00 PM on Mondays to Fridays, inclusive of meal breaks.
