Our client is a global company that specializes in providing innovative HR and recruitment solutions to businesses across various industries.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
Optimize development, staging, and production environments for high performance and minimal downtime.
Implement and manage monitoring tools to track system performance, availability, and scalability.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system inefficiencies.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using tools like Terraform, Ansible, YAML, or similar frameworks.
Utilize Azure DevOps for pipeline creation, environment management, and integration workflows (preferred).
Collaborate with various teams to improve deployment processes and streamline operations.
Establish and enforce best practices for source control, automated testing, and code reviews.
Manage logging, alerting, and performance dashboards using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog, or similar platforms.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a DevOps role.
Proficiency in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
Familiarity with managing environments across development, staging, and production.
Experience with monitoring and performance tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog, or New Relic.
Ability to work with at least one cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP; experience with Azure DevOps is desirable.
Proficient in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).
Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Proficiency in troubleshooting, incident management, and proactive system reliability solutions.
Extensive experience with Azure services, Azure DevOps pipelines, and integrations.
Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for cloud-based infrastructure.
Understanding of DevOps security practices and compliance standards.
