Senior DevOps Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

You have hands-on DevOps skills, 3+ years of experience in back-end development might help, you’re technically savvy and have a good grasp on coding techniques? Are you also interested in e-commerce and like to take on new challenges? Help us drive Parcel Perform’s growth and join our team! We are looking for you!
We need you on our team
Our infrastructure team is responsible for the foundation on which other engineering teams build Company’s suite of SaaS products. As a member of the team, you will:
Work with other engineering teams to design, build and operate cloud-based infrastructures that meet their needs.
Design and conduct reliability tests. Carry out capacity planning. Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize systems’ performance.
Manage production incidents, investigate, analyze root causes, resolve issues and build-up prevention mechanisms.
Build internal tools and automation systems that improve engineering productivity, efficiency, and quality. For example efficient CI/CD pipelines, self-service observability tools, code quality checkers. Define workflows, conventions, best practices. Provide guidance for other engineers on how to use these tools effectively.
What you should bring along!
We at our client believe in innovation, energy, and resourcefulness for everything we do. We will not stop delivering an outstanding product that we can be proud of and need you to help us to inform the world. You would be a good fit if the followings describe you:
You are curious about how complex systems work. You are eager to open up abstraction levels lower than what a typical backend engineer is comfortable with.
You keep yourself up-to-date on technical trends. You are eager to explore new technologies but are careful in evaluating their merits and tradeoffs based on sound principles rather than hearsay.
You believe that good tooling and automation systems play a crucial role in an engineering-heavy organization. You like to identify drawbacks of existing, off-the-shelf tools, and to build custom solutions to rectify their deficiencies.
You have the habit of thinking and communicating both qualitatively and quantitatively. You tend to make data-driven decisions and clearly articulate them. You value simple but well-documented solutions over clever but opaque systems.

JOB REQUIREMENT

3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud-based infrastructures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) either at the position of DevOps, CloudOps, Reliability Engineer, Performance Engineer, System Engineer, or Backend Developer.
Consulting experiences are preferable.
Ability to evaluate tradeoffs involved with various cloud services.
Comfortability writing Bash/Python for ad-hoc automation tasks. Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code practices and tools.
Fluency with common Unix's administrative tools and administration tasks.
Good grasp of common network protocols: TCP/IP, TLS, HTTP, SSH... Basic understanding of Linux’s internals. For example process scheduling, memory management, IO mechanisms.
A clear understanding of different types of storage systems, and their respective trade-offs.
Good English communication.

WHAT'S ON OFFER

The competitive compensation package, and a preference for internal promotions.
Opportunities to work alongside people from around the world that share the same passion and dedication.
Unlimited leave plan, flexible working hours, and open environment. Work From Home is available by requests.
Premium insurance and annual medical checkup.
Free lunch, free fruit, snacks are provided.
Weekly 1-1 catch-up for training and career development, team bonding events, various training programs.
Unlimited to O’Reilly technical materials.
Locating in a quiet area with little traffic, full of natural light and within walking distance to many convenient facilities, our office in Ho Chi Minh City makes work-life integration to the fullest.

Operate and evolve our Kubernetes platform across multiple clusters and environments (Prod, Dev, hybrid on-prem and public cloud), covering control plane operations, node lifecycle, upgrades, and autoscaling at every layer (Cluster Autoscaler, HPA, KEDA). Architect and manage hybrid cloud infrastructure spanning on-premises and public clouds (GCP, AWS), including workload placement, cross-cloud networking, and unified resource management. Own the CI/CD and GitOps experience end-to-end: container build pipelines, image optimization, and progressive delivery via ArgoCD / FluxCD. Own the observability stack as a single pane of glass across all clusters: Grafana, Mimir, Tempo, Loki, Pyroscope, OnCall, Prometheus -- and help push toward agent-assisted SRE workflows. Manage and improve our inference platform: vLLM serving and AIBrix for multi-model orchestration and autoscaling across a fleet of NVIDIA GPUs. Operate platform services: Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch. Manage identity and access via Keycloak integrated with Google Workspace; harden SSO, RBAC, and secrets management across the platform. Harden network security across private load balancers, firewalls, and VPC segmentation; design and maintain hub-and-spoke / multi-AZ topologies. Support training infrastructure: self-service VM provisioning, RunPod burst capacity, Weights and Biases integration. Drive infrastructure reliability, cost efficiency, and capacity planning as the platform scales.

Software Engineer (Digital Twin)

Ho Chi Minh - Viet Nam

Product

Build and maintain high-fidelity digital twin environments for Asimov across MuJoCo, Isaac Sim, and Unreal Engine, calibrated to real hardware behavior. Design and own the systems -- not just the environments -- that let locomotion, autonomy, and perception teams generate, validate, and iterate on simulation scenarios at scale. Build pipelines for asset import, USD and MJCF workflows, sensor modeling, and real-to-sim calibration to keep digital twins synchronized with evolving hardware. Develop photorealistic rendering pipelines in Unreal Engine for synthetic data generation and perception model training. Work with hardware and mechatronics teams to model actuator dynamics, contact physics, and structural behavior, ensuring simulation parameters reflect physical ground truth. Integrate digital twin environments with the Company's locomotion training pipeline (Cyclotron) and autonomy stack, enabling teams to run experiments and close the sim-to-real gap. Contribute to the open-source Asimov simulation stack, including tooling, documentation, and reproducible environment workflows.
