#Business Growth & Account Development Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within existing and new accounts, fostering full-service partnerships across technology, operations, and innovation Collaborate with GFT's sales and technology teams to shape and close strategic opportunities, from concept to contract Manage account financials, contracts, and governance frameworks to ensure commercial health and client satisfaction. Translate client insights into actionable business development plans, supporting upsell and cross-sell initiatives#Client Relationship Management Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across client organizations, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic engagements Develop a deep understanding of client business goals, technology landscape, and transformation priorities, positioning GFT as a long-term strategic partner Lead regular client engagements, including weekly/biweekly touchpoints and quarterly business reviews, to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and growth#Partnership & Ecosystem Enablement Drive local engagement with GFT's strategic cloud and DLT partners, fostering co-selling and co-delivery initiatives across enterprise and corporate accounts Lead the development and execution of Joint Strategic Partner Business Plans, including quarterly reviews focused on revenue growth and partnership performance Build and sustain strong relationships with partner account teams, sales leaders, and solution architects to ensure visibility of GFT-led projects within the partner ecosystem#Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with global GFT delivery and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of client programs Provide thought leadership on emerging technology trends and their potential impact on financial services Represent GFT at industry and partner events, reinforcing our brand and strengthening our market presence in Vietnam and APAC

Maintain production reliability of the Linux-based research and trading platform within a globally distributed engineering team. Respond quickly to production infrastructure issues. Comprehend internal client needs and effectively communicate them to regional and global leadership. Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and implement solutions to mitigate them. Enhance the observability platform to monitor the performance and health of critical computing environments. Take part in occasional on-call rotations and support on-call staff during their shifts. Lead and expand engineering teams in Vietnam across system software, data science, and AI platforms. Drive the creation, structure, and delivery of high-performance system software platforms that support AI products and services. Collaborate with global teams across Machine Learning, Inference Services, and Hardware/Software integration to guarantee performance, reliability, and scalability. Oversee the development and optimization of AI delivery platforms in Vietnam, including NIMs, Blueprints, and other flagship services. Collaborate with open-source and enterprise data and workflow ecosystems to advance accelerated AI factory, data science, and data engineering workloads. Promote continuous integration, continuous delivery, and engineering best practices across multi-site R&D Centers. Work with product management and other stakeholders to ensure enterprise readiness and customer impact. Establish and implement standard processes for large-scale, distributed system testing including stress, scale, failover, and resiliency testing. Ensure security and compliance testing aligns with industry standards for cloud and data center products. Mentor and develop talent within the organization, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
