JOB DESCRIPTION

Research Effective Content Angles & Keywords
Conduct market and competitor research to identify appealing keywords, messages, and visuals.
Regularly update platform financial content policies to ensure compliance.
Continuously refine targeting based on real-world data, identifying effective segments and new opportunities.
Develop Diverse Creative Content
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality videos, text, and images optimized for Facebook.
Experiment with various content frameworks and narratives, ensuring compliance while showcasing value (e.g., investment courses, in-depth materials, events).
Maintain a fresh and relevant content source to engage viewers and increase conversion rates.
Execute & Optimize Advertising Strategies
Launch, monitor, and adjust Facebook campaigns using advanced targeting, bidding, and segmentation techniques.
Perform A/B and multivariate testing to improve ad effectiveness, audience selection, and optimization of landing pages.
Track CPA, CTR, Conversion, and ROAS metrics, optimizing budgets and strategies to maximize profitability.

JOB REQUIREMENT

3-5 years of experience in managing Facebook Ads for investment or financial products with strict regulations
Successful in optimizing full-funnel campaigns to enhance lead quality and conversion rates
Understanding of platform policies and financial marketing regulations
Strong data analysis, A/B testing, and performance-based scaling skills
Good communication, flexibility in fast-changing environment
