JOB DESCRIPTION

Creating monthly/quarterly UA plans for a mobile app.
Managing and analyzing various UA channels to optimize Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) and achieve revenue and profit Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Assessing and predicting product performance as part of monthly/quarterly UA plans for the mobile app.
Analyzing and optimizing App Store Optimization (ASO) on both iOS and Android platforms.
Collaborating with the product and creative teams to create high-quality ads (videos, banners, playable ads), conducting tests on ad variations, and making iterations based on performance data.
Coordinating with the product owner and game designer to analyze in-app behavior in order to enhance product retention and optimize monetization strategy.
Conducting market research for creative ideation and product improvement, and staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging UA opportunities.
Working closely with representatives from various Ads Networks (such as Google, Apple, Facebook, Tiktok, Applovin) to plan and optimize campaigns.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Previous experience in cross border selling, game, or app is preferred
Familiarity with platforms such as Firebase, MMP, and BI Tool is a plus
Strong proficiency in English communication
Data-driven and analytical thinking skills
Positive attitude, growth mindset, and self-motivated attitude
