JOB DESCRIPTION

Create and implement comprehensive digital performance marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
Manage and refine campaigns to achieve KPIs.
Establish and maintain tracking systems to ensure accurate measurement and attribution.
Analyze campaign data and present performance reports on a regular basis.
Optimize the entire marketing funnel from traffic acquisition to lead generation and sales conversion.
Work closely with Content, Design, and Sales teams to maximize business results.
Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging advertising technologies.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields; an MBA is a bonus.
Proficient in digital advertising platforms and tracking tools, as well as skilled in data analysis and performance optimization.
Requires 5-7 years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 2-3 years in management positions.
Desired attributes include strategic thinking, proactivity, results-driven mindset, innovation, and professionalism.
The role involves mainly office work with frequent meetings and some travel.
The working environment is fast-paced, high-pressure, and requires focus and adaptability, with occasional external visits. It offers a safe office environment.
Previous experience in a Korean company and understanding of the healthcare industry would be advantageous.
