JOB DESCRIPTION

Supervise the development and design of the B2B mass customization platform, ensuring smooth integration of services and enhancing customer experience.
Manage the technical roadmap for various projects in collaboration with Product Managers.
Establish objectives and guide the organization towards autonomy while aligning with business goals.
Identify opportunities to enhance B2B platform capabilities and drive continuous improvements in system performance and architecture.
Take charge of strategic budget planning and resource allocation for product development to align with business objectives.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and product teams to ensure seamless E-Commerce services integration and achievement of system performance goals.
Create a talent management strategy with a focus on development and succession planning.
Direct, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Requires 10+ years of experience in software development engineering, specializing in microservices-based web platforms.
Must have managed teams and organizations for at least 5 years, with oversight of engineering teams of 30+ software engineers.
Proven track record in program and project management, especially in aligning teams across geographical regions and stakeholders.
Experience in setting objectives and organizational planning for a time horizon of 1+ years.
Demonstrated expertise in budget procurement, control, and optimization.
Vendor management experience, specifically with outsourcing partners.
Strong proficiency in tracking, analyzing, and visualizing key performance metrics for software engineering teams.
Experience with cloud-based infrastructures (e.g., AWS, GCP) and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of modern software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Strong technical expertise in relevant languages or frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, etc.).
Experience leading teams in a high-growth environment, scaling from startup to enterprise.
Familiarity with e-commerce, mass customization, or finance platforms.
