Convert client insights into actionable business development plans, supporting upsell and cross-sell initiatives. Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across client organizations, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic engagements. Lead regular client engagements to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and growth. Foster collaboration with strategic cloud and DLT partners, encouraging joint selling and delivery initiatives across enterprise and corporate accounts. Lead the development and execution of joint strategic partner business plans, with a focus on revenue growth and partnership performance. Cultivate strong relationships with partner account teams, sales leaders, and solution architects to ensure visibility of company-led projects within the partner ecosystem. Collaborate with global delivery and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of client programs. Provide thought leadership on emerging technology trends and their potential impact on financial services. Represent the company at industry and partner events, reinforcing the brand and strengthening market presence in Vietnam and APAC.
