DeFi Strategy & Growth: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for decentralized finance initiatives, establish KPIs and OKRs, and drive ecosystem expansion on Viction

Partnership Development: Source, evaluate, and execute strategic partnerships with promising DeFi projects and startups, conducting thorough due diligence and managing high-value relationships

Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, legal, and marketing teams to drive ecosystem growth, resolve technical challenges, and launch impactful initiatives while ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders

7+ years in management roles with proven success in strategy development and business projects within a specific domain

Strong networking abilities with a proven track record of building valuable industry relationships

Innovative mindset with demonstrated ability to identify and create new opportunities

Compelling public speaker and natural leader who inspires teams

Self-motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced environments

Business or Marketing degree required (MBA preferred)

Passionate about Web3 and blockchain technology

Deep expertise in one key area (Institution, Finance, or Game)

Strong professional English language proficiency

Semiannual performance-salary review.
