JOB DESCRIPTION

Strategy & Growth: Take charge of devising and implementing marketing strategies for decentralized finance projects, setting and attaining key performance indicators, and expanding the ecosystem on Viction.
Developing Partnerships: Seek out, assess, and establish important partnerships with prospective DeFi projects and startups, conducting comprehensive assessments and handling valuable relationships.
Collaborative Leadership: Work with engineering, product, legal, and marketing teams to enhance ecosystem expansion, address technical hurdles, and launch significant initiatives with smooth communication among all stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least 7 years of experience in management positions, showcasing successful strategy development and business project execution within a specific field
Proven networking skills and a history of establishing valuable industry connections
Innovative mindset and ability to recognize and capitalize on new prospects
Proficient public speaker and innate leader, adept at motivating teams
Driven professional who excels in dynamic settings
A degree in Business or Marketing is necessary (an MBA is preferred)
Enthusiasm for Web3 and blockchain technology
Extensive expertise in one core area (Institution, Finance, or Game)
Strong command of professional English language skills
