JOB DESCRIPTION

Organize the Project Definition
Support and provide solutions from SW Arch Perspectives
Understand the needs for customer project teams w.r.t regional and OEM expectations
Participate in design decisions and serve as a key stakeholder in the change control board
Mentor, guide, and share software architectural best practices and enforce associated processes
Evaluate risks, estimate proposed changes, offer alternate solutions, and collaborate with the development community
Maintain architecture artifacts with high quality, monitor compliance topics, and represent ASPICE evaluations
Participate in key reviews and provide suggestions and solutions for software development
Manage technical complexities and drive best practices with various stakeholders, making process enhancements as needed.
Develop blueprints for software development based on requirements and fulfill the identified architectural drivers
Stay abreast of current and future architecture trends and drive deployment of future technical needs within the organization
Coordinate with multisite teams and represent the organization for software architecture with interdisciplinary mindset

JOB REQUIREMENT

Strong hands-on experience in developing software architectures for automotive applications.
Proficient in software architecture standards, design patterns, and technical infrastructure.
Ability to describe software architecture using various programming languages, with proficiency in C and C++.
Familiarity with requirements management, traceability, and software architecture tools such as DOORS.
Experience with SDLC using agile methodologies.
Expertise in microcontroller resource management and software performance optimization for multi-core and distributed systems.
Excellent communication skills in English, with a certification in ISAQB being an advantage.
Soft skills for stakeholder management and leading a team of architects.
Knowledge of embedded systems and real-time operating systems.
Familiarity with different vehicle architectures and systems, including AUTOSAR.
Understanding of automotive standards related to security, safety, and connected systems.
Familiarity with code quality and compliance, including MISRA and other programming language standards.
Ability to execute automotive software quality processes and ASPICE representation.
Managing product-related variances and promoting software reusability.
Nice-to-have: Knowledge of ISO26262 and ASPICE.
