Embedded Software Project Manager (Japanese speaking)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Participate in the software development of the latest IVI generation.
Collaborate directly with automotive experts from various countries such as Japan, China, India, and Germany.
Gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies in the automotive industry.
Interface with customers and stakeholders throughout the acquisition phase until the final release of the software.
Manage project schedule and deliverables within defined Quality-Cost-Delivery parameters.
Analyze customer requirements, document them with the support of the development team, and issue development requests to developers, tracking progress.
Develop the team, provide feedback to associates when necessary, and lead the project team in problem-solving during software development to ensure delivery milestones and quality.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor or Master degree in relevant fields such as Automotive Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics, Electronics-Telecommunication, or Mechatronics Engineering.
8+ years of experience in embedded software development.
Proficiency in project and risk management.
Familiarity with microcontroller and microprocessor technology.
Strong comprehension of V-model development process.
Fluency in English and Japanese.
Exceptional project leadership and teamwork skills.
Exposure to the Automotive Industry with understanding of In-Vehicle Communication, Vehicle Dynamics, and Automotive Safety Standards.
PMP certificate or equivalent.
