JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and implement activities and communication efforts to enhance employee engagement and promote corporate culture.
Conceptualize ideas, create detailed plans, and coordinate internal activities and events to boost employee engagement and cultivate a positive working environment.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness and alignment of events and communication campaigns with the set objectives.
Create communication plans in line with the company's cultural development goals, ensuring content is consistent with core values, vision, and mission.
Manage and develop content across internal communication channels to strengthen corporate and employer branding.
Evaluate the effectiveness of corporate culture programs and suggest improvements to enhance the employee experience.
Perform additional tasks as directed by the Department Head.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a tech-related environment.
Experience in organizing internal events and employee engagement activities.
Involvement in recruitment, particularly for positions in the Tech industry.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse teams.
Understanding of employer branding and internal communications strategies.
Ability to oversee multiple projects and events at the same time.
Creative mindset and enthusiasm for fostering a positive company culture.
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms such as social media, internal communication tools, and design platforms like Canva or similar.
A portfolio demonstrating previous internal events, campaigns, or employee engagement initiatives is required.
Energetic, proactive, and people-oriented.
Willingness to learn and develop within a dynamic, tech-driven company culture.
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across departments.
