JOB DESCRIPTION

Meet with clients to discuss their technical and engineering needs.
Conduct research on cutting-edge technologies.
Provide expert advice on available solutions and technical changes.
Troubleshoot engineering and technical faults.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A degree in Software Engineering.
A portfolio showcasing completed projects.
Proficiency in designing cloud solutions (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
Strong understanding of microservice architecture.
Proficiency in front end technologies, particularly PWA and cross platform development.
Advanced troubleshooting skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Prior experience as a technical leader and capability to mentor team members.
Proficient in Japanese communication.
Experience in quality assurance, including functional, performance, and security testing.
Background as an engineering consultant.
Experience in project and team management, particularly agile methodology.
Proficient communication in Japanese.
Familiarity with sales and marketing in the outsourcing software development industry.
