JOB DESCRIPTION
We're in search of an experienced engineering consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for meeting with potential clients to discuss their engineering and technical requirements, offering guidance, and overseeing the implementation of suggested solutions.
We require someone with a strong track record of completed projects, extensive experience in agile project management, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to identify and design technical solutions for clients across various industries effectively.
Responsibilities
Meet with clients to discuss their technical and engineering needs.
Conduct research on cutting-edge technologies.
Provide expert advice on available solutions and technical changes.
Troubleshoot engineering and technical faults.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Must have
A degree in Software Engineering.
A portfolio showcasing completed projects.
Proficiency in designing cloud solutions (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
Strong understanding of microservice architecture.
Proficiency in front end technologies, particularly PWA and cross platform development.
Advanced troubleshooting skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Prior experience as a technical leader and capability to mentor team members.
Proficient in Japanese communication.
Nice to have
Experience in quality assurance, including functional, performance, and security testing.
Background as an engineering consultant.
Experience in project and team management, particularly agile methodology.
Proficient communication in Japanese.
Familiarity with sales and marketing in the outsourcing software development industry.
