JOB DESCRIPTION

Build software infrastructure nearly from scratch
Create product requirements by self brainstorming and working with stakeholders
Build a small software team with backend, frontend, data, and mobile engineers
Manage the work of all team members

JOB REQUIREMENT

Technical requirements
Similar role as engineering manager, team leader, or even senior engineer with 5-7 years of experience (prefer senior engineer and team leader for now)
Solid software foundation and strong R&D skills (e.g. algorithm, database, design pattern, data structure, etc.)
Fullstack engineer is a big plus
Good at doing interviews
Fairly good in management and building up a team
Exclude or relax points
No verbal English skill required
No specific programming language
Attitude requirements
Big motivation doing start up, invest to the future
Curious to explore and contribute to business
Willing to work to release
Honest
Critical thinking
