Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and design decisions to diverse audiences including Heads of Technology, Engineering Managers, Product Owners, Tech Leads, Testing Teams, and Technology Executives. Serve as a trusted advisor who can translate between business and technical domains. Platform Advocacy & Strategic Influence: Champion platform-thinking principles by designing reusable, extensible solutions that drive consistency and efficiency across the organization. Provide strategic input to Technology Leadership on architectural direction, technical debt, and platform evolution.
