JOB DESCRIPTION

Fulfill the role of Scrum Master / Project Manager to ensure timely product delivery and adherence to project management standards and quality.
Collaborate with the Product Manager and Development Team throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate proposed solutions and technical challenges for assigned projects.
Supervise technical teams, providing feedback and support for their career development.
Oversee and support the professional growth of team members through skill-building, appropriate task assignments, and ongoing engagement.
Act as a liaison for subordinates in addressing work-related concerns and employee issues.
Cultivate and sustain relationships with other internal teams or departments to facilitate seamless collaboration.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, inclusive of designing, developing, and delivering high-quality products
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering management role, encompassing project and people management
Proficient in back-end and system design
Proficient in coding with Ruby on Rails
Familiarity with DevOps
Ability to adopt new technologies and address technological concerns related to project development
Skilled in fostering team culture, fostering connectivity and engagement among team members
Demonstrates strong communication skills for both internal and external interactions with a diverse audience
Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially in resolving escalated or critical issues
Strong critical thinking skills that enable considering issues from various perspectives
Open-minded and result-oriented with a mindset to adapt to change and diversity
Proficient in English language
Nice to have:
PMP or Scrum certification

Work in conjunction with Product, Data Science/ML, and Design to establish roadmaps and convert business requirements into technical implementation.
