JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead multiple project teams or departments in all aspects of product development
Develop and implement a strategic plan for the department to achieve organizational goals
Participate in the recruitment and development of employee skills and performance to meet the organization's needs
Implement a fair and equitable employee performance evaluation system.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Background in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Information System
Extensive experience in software development (10+ years)
Strong track record in managing web projects or product development (8+ years)
Prior experience as a senior Java or Golang software engineer or higher
Proven ability in handling/building an engineering team of 50+ members and organizational agility
Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in dealing with escalated or critical issues
Proficient in people management, including employee satisfaction, career growth, performance review, coaching, mentoring, and 1:1 meetings
Experience in managing/developing B2B applications
Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS) and practices
In-depth knowledge of security and robust high-performance system
Proficiency in microservices, micro-frontend, and multi-tenant architecture design/implementation
Experience in solving complex business and technology requirements/problems such as Finance System, Accounting System, Banking System, Distributed System, and Scalable web applications
Professional working proficiency in English
 
Nice to have:
Prior experience at a similar level in an IT firm, such as Engineering Manager, Department Manager, VP of Engineering, Head of Delivery, or CTO
Ability to build and scale a strong/Agile engineer team from scratch to 50, including recruitment, software development process, career growth, role definition, project organization structure, engineering culture, and continuous improvement for teams and organization

Dimensional Management Engineer

Work closely with Industrial Design (ID) and Mechanical Engineering (ME) teams to translate desired product experiences into specific specifications and dimensional requirements. Offer expertise on dimensioning schemes, datum selections, measurements, and GD&T application according to ASME standards and the needs of downstream assembly and systems. Take the lead on TA/VSA and collaborate with partner teams to address identified risks and challenges effectively. Coordinate planning for Development Validations & Verifications (DEV V&Vs) and ensure supplier partners are prepared for measurement system support. This may involve guiding fixture design, documenting measurement operations, addressing metrology issues, and qualifying measurement systems. Oversee the creation of DEV health dashboard and work with internal and external partners to resolve issues and meet product ramp-up targets.
