JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Engineering Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing engineering teams and guiding them through entire journey lifecycles. You will be responsible for ensuring that engineering strategies align with organizational priorities and enterprise architecture. This role involves coaching and supervising developers, managing project risks, and ensuring high-quality delivery of solutions.
Requirements Gathering & Design: Gather requirements and direct design activities with the team.
System Analysis: Conduct an analysis of new and existing systems and advise on delivering changes to them in a timely manner.
Functional Specifications: Determine functional specifications for systems and translate them into guidelines that shape project development.
Non-Functional Requirements: Manage non-functional requirements for delivered solutions like high availability, fault tolerance, security, and others.
Technical Alignment: Align technical architecture of the solutions with enterprise architecture and business goals.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other solution architects, platform architects, and security specialists.
Risk Tracking: Track risks around solution delivery.
Journey Lifecycle Management: Oversee engineering teams and domain journeys, responsible for entire journey lifecycles.Act as a liaison between product owners and technical leads ensuring organizational priorities translate into actionable engineering strategies.
Coordinate and plan with relevant client's tech leads and domain product owners.
Coach and supervise developers/engineers, ensuring high morale and efficient work outcomes.
Lead engineering teams in necessary ceremonies and protect them from disturbances.
Ensure end-to-end delivery of the journeys they own.
Troubleshoot issues that may arise with the agreed solution.
Ensure designs align with overall architecture and deliver the journey.
Coordinate with other engineering managers for synergies.
Ensure the team's work aligns with client's defined standards.
Work closely with different domain stakeholders within the project.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Technical Skills: Strong technical skills around Java/Java EE, Spring (including Boot, Cloud), SQL/no-SQL.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the IT field.
Microservices & Distributed Systems: Experience working with microservices, enterprise integration patterns, and distributed systems.
Web Services Design: Experience designing Web Services using REST API or GraphQL.
Development Streams: Experience starting new development streams including team building, shaping delivery standards, testing strategy, and quality control.
Cloud Environments: Experience working in public cloud environments with continuous compliance.

Senior Software Engineer (Backend + Network)

Continuously monitor and analyze new VPN providers, proxy services, and anonymization tools. Conduct investigations on IP allocation patterns, hosting provider behaviors, and network infrastructure changes. Develop and maintain comprehensive databases of known VPN/proxy IP ranges and behavioral signatures. Research emerging threats such as residential proxies, mobile proxies, and distributed proxy networks. Monitor darkweb marketplaces and security forums for emerging proxy/VPN trends. Perform deep packet analysis and network traffic pattern recognition. Develop and maintain the system using PHP, Python, and/or Go. Optimize VPN/Proxy detection algorithms.
