JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee multiple engineering teams that specialize in authentication and authorization architecture.
This role has emerged due to our expanding operations. You will lead both existing and new backend/frontend engineers, as well as a Product Manager. Initially, about 40-50% of your time will be hands-on, with a gradual shift towards a leadership-focused position. Your responsibilities will include designing scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions, guiding and developing your team, and collaborating with other managers and technical experts to drive the roadmap and uphold best practices.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and nurture a team of engineers, emphasizing collaboration and excellence.
Take charge of the entire product or component lifecycle, from development to optimization.
Contribute to the technical roadmap in partnership with product and design teams.
Influence architecture and processes to ensure scalability, quality, and maintainability.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Individual contributor experience with deep understanding of systems and integrations
Proficiency in reviewing technical proposals and contributing to discussions
Familiarity with microservices architecture, cloud infrastructure, and integration patterns
5+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams
Proven track record of scaling teams and processes in high-growth environments
Successful stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience
Strong planning and execution skills with a focus on business impact
Ability to deliver complex projects within budget, time, and scope constraints
Experience in translating business objectives into technical initiatives
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and providing clear direction
Demonstrated coaching and leadership development skills
Excellent communication skills in English
Passion for renewable energy and sustainable technology
Hands-on leadership experience in an Authorization or Authentication environment
Full ownership mindset, taking products from concept to production
