JOB DESCRIPTION

Supervise multiple Agile teams to ensure adherence to engineering standards, sprint backlogs, engineers' responsibilities, and performance management, as well as code quality and compliance with development and testing protocols.
Manage the milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies of the engineering teams.
Educate the engineering teams and ensure that released features comply with risk management frameworks.
Act as a mediator between speed and quality.
Promote the T-shaped working model and coach engineers to be versatile and take on responsibilities beyond their core disciplines.
Conduct line management duties such as personal development and training plans, career path guidance, probation and performance reviews.
Coach teams in applying Scrum and DevOps, and lead continuous improvement efforts.
Drive initiatives to implement efficient development and delivery processes.
Cultivate a learning-based culture and establish realistic and challenging objectives for the team.
Perform other duties as assigned by the People Leader and/or authorized representative of the company.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Proficiency in microservices architecture
Expertise in Java, Python, JavaScript, MV* patterns, Nodejs, ReactJS (including Redux)
Familiarity with Postgres, MongoDB databases
Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, GitHub, CloudFormation
Familiarity with multi-cloud environments and AWS (Lambda, Postgres, S3, API Gateway, CLI, SNS/SQS) and Azure
Extensive experience in Software Development; substantial experience leading cross-functional Agile teams
Strong understanding of Software Quality, DevOps environments
Proficiency in SDLC methodologies - Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall
Proven track record in managing and delivering complex technology projects involving multiple engineering teams
Real-world experience with large-scale Agile adoption
Strong stakeholder management experience
Demonstrated people leadership, team building, motivation, and coaching skills
Experience in managing code and change management processes
Familiarity with IT Service Management and experience with using Service Now or similar
Strong ability to communicate at both strategic and operational levels
Fluent English skills
Certified Scrum Master
Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written)

Shape how users discover, understand, and interact with data products across domains. Maintain UX standards in partnership with the customer-facing UX Design team. Take a deeply user-centric approach to drive change through intuitive and guided technology. Engage with end users to understand needs and gather insights. Integrate continuous feedback loops and iterate quickly to improve platform usability. Ensure all Mesh Experience features support adoption and reinforce the "data-as-a-product" mindset. Maintain active channels for communication and updates. Communicate expectations, standards, and timelines clearly. Highlight wins and success stories to build momentum. Curate relevant external content to support the transformation. Monitor progress of rollout, leader boards, and raise blockers with appropriate stakeholders. Utilize data to highlight platform adoption, culture change, wins, and challenges. Produce clear and compelling summaries on adoption progress for decision making. Manage end user feedback and be the link between users and the platform team.
