Tracking progress, ensuring the team stays on plan, and keeping it up to date in Jira. Providing technical leadership and mentoring the engineering team. Conducting regular 1:1s, performance conversations, goal setting, and supporting personal development plans. Owning team delivery, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and the removal of blockers.
