We are seeking a growth-oriented Consulting Sales Manager / Sales Executive to drive new business and expand existing business across one of our largest banking clients in the APAC region. This is a hunter role with a twist: you will be part of an Account team and inherit an existing book of business to provide a smooth landing, and your mandate is to scale it significantly Drive pipeline creation and conversion to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and grow Capgemini's footprint within key banking divisions by establishing and nurturing client relationships. Ability to engage and build relationship with business and technology CXO's Drive proactive sales activities to meet and exceed business objectives. Lead strategic planning for your focus areas, ensuring alignment with overall account goals. Build account intelligence to uncover and shape new opportunities. Collaborate with Capgemini service lines and partners to deliver integrated solutions. Develop compelling proposals, pricing, and POVs for both proactive opportunities and formal procurement processes. Collaborate with Global CoE's like Data, Cloud & Infra, Fraud, Risk & Compliance to secure and deliver on deals. Hold P&L responsibility for your assigned division, business area, or portfolio.

Effective collaboration across departments and teams. Experience working with Korean clients.
