JOB DESCRIPTION

Fulfill the role of Scrum Master / Project Manager to ensure timely product delivery and adherence to project management standards and quality.
Collaborate with the Product Manager and Development Team throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate proposed solutions and technical challenges for assigned projects.
Supervise technical teams, providing feedback and support for their career development.
Oversee and support the professional growth of team members through skill-building, appropriate task assignments, and ongoing engagement.
Act as a liaison for subordinates in addressing work-related concerns and employee issues.
Cultivate and sustain relationships with other internal teams or departments to facilitate seamless collaboration.

JOB REQUIREMENT

More than 10 years of experience in technology industry with 3 years of taking position of project management
Practical knowledge of Scrum/Agile framework
Hands-on experience leading a development team of 30 or more members
Proficiency in backend system development using Java or similar languages
Proficiency in developing micro-services applications in a Cloud environment
Practical experience with frontend technologies such as React or NodeJS
Experience with authentication and authorization technologies like OAuth 2.0, OIDC
Proficiency in system development and operation using cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills and leadership abilities
Excellent communication skills in English
Nice to have:
Experience in developing, operating, and maintaining mission-critical business systems in financial institutions (especially core banking systems)
Knowledge and experience in collaboration with financial institutions and regulatory compliance
Experience implementing continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD)
Experience in building teams and operational flows based on DevOps culture
Experience in AI development or development using AI tools
