Engineering Manager (Embedded Software Testing)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for Software module tests for the ww projects in the RADAR product area
Responsible for ensuring a high quality of deliverables from the group within the agreed budget
Responsible for initiating and applying advanced techniques in testing to improve work productivity and cost-efficiency
Responsible for the complete operations of the group starting from the business planning till the realization
Responsible for the people development activities for the group through the organizationally accepted instruments
Responsible for the associate and stakeholder satisfaction within and outside the organization
Initiate measures to expand the SW testing business to the newer areas

JOB REQUIREMENT

Experience in business planning, target deployment
Strong communication with professional English language proficiency
Good technical background in software testing; exposure to automotive and embedded testing is added advantage
Proven track record of leading testing teams towards achieving higher productivity
Handling of customers from different parts of the world (Europe, USA, India, China, Japan); Any of the customer language proficiency is an added advantage
Experience in leading large teams including the application of associate development instruments (eg; goal setting, performance reviews, career development discussion, etc.,)
Willing to work in a high pressure environment and challenge yourselves
