Environmental Manager

Implementing environment solutions for complex projects in a corporate environment

Communicating and collaborating with various team managers and technical teams on environment requirements, delivery, and support

Delivering and maintaining an environment management plan for projects, including environment bookings, asset availability, daily health checks, and project schedules

Working with the environment team on technical environment delivery solutions

Providing leadership support and mentoring other team members

Coordinating clash analysis with internal projects for co-existence in the enterprise environment

Collaborating with the release team on project requirements for out of cycle or enterprise release

Coordinating environment requirements and booking of test environments

Leading the IPRF dashboard initiative and monitoring and resolving environment issues

Troubleshooting incidents for applications like Internet Banking, Mobile, and others, and assigning appropriate actions for resolution

Coordinating outages with service desk support teams

Coordinating with asset teams for post-refresh automation and shakeout activities

Strong grasp of IT infrastructure

Proficiency in engineering tools such as Jenkins, Powershell, Rally, Confluence or similar

Exposure to cloud-based applications

Technical expertise in software engineering and delivery

Background in IT Environment Management in a corporate setting

Familiarity with Agile methodology

Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and guidance

Effective communication with both management and technical teams

Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic, fast-moving environment

Proficiency in working in a distributed environment with multiple onshore and offshore locations

Adaptability in a changing environment and proactive in suggesting improvements.
