JOB DESCRIPTION

Oversee end-to-end ERP implementations, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
Manage project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design reviews, and approval of critical milestones.
Ensure smooth coordination across data migration, testing, training, and go-live phases.
Act as the primary escalation point, leading resolution efforts for project challenges.
Lead and mentor a team of 3-10 ERP consultants, supporting their growth and performance.
Establish clear performance expectations, provide constructive feedback, and foster professional development.
Encourage collaboration, accountability, and a culture of continuous learning.
Drive the adoption of internal project standards, tools, and best practices.
Cultivate strong relationships with client stakeholders through transparent communication and reliable delivery.
Maintain a deep understanding of client business objectives, ensuring ERP solutions align with their strategic needs.
Lead client check-ins, steering committee meetings, and post-implementation evaluations to ensure project success.
Work closely with leadership teams to enhance project delivery frameworks and internal processes.
Track key project metrics (KPIs) and provide insights to optimize team performance and efficiency.
Support resource planning, project forecasting, and scalability initiatives for long-term growth.
Contribute to strategic decision-making with a focus on delivery excellence.

JOB REQUIREMENT

5-10 years of experience in implementing ERP systems, with a focus on end-to-end delivery ownership.
Successful track record in project management or delivery leadership positions.
A strong understanding of Odoo or similar ERP systems, such as NetSuite, SAP, and Dynamics.
Experience in managing teams in a consulting or delivery setting.
Strong organizational and client management abilities.
Proficient communication skills in English, as direct communication with clients in the US is necessary.
Capable of handling multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsible for managing the Product Backlog to ensure transparency, visibility, and alignment with business priorities. Clearly articulate Product Backlog items, including acceptance criteria and relevant documentation. Prioritize features, bug fixes, and enhancements in the backlog to maximize product value.
