The Delivery Manager will serve as the face of the consulting services organization on the ground, ensuring seamless delivery governance, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence. This role demands consultative leadership, proactive issue resolution, and a strong focus on expanding client footprint and satisfaction.#Delivery Governance & Excellence Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks, SLAs, and quality benchmarks. Establish and monitor controls to maintain delivery hygiene and excellence. Mobilize the right talent aligned to project needs and client expectations.#Client Engagement & Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for local client stakeholders. Drive strategic conversations to understand client needs and align delivery outcomes.
