JOB DESCRIPTION

Evangelize and promote JavaScript - ReactJS best practices.
Collaborate and support with Developer members through the software development lifecycle.
Harden engineering practices such as unit tests, code review, pair programming, and CI / CD.
Train & mentor other engineers to help them progress in their careers.
Research new technologies, understand the ecosystems, and assess market fit to expand the technical expertise of the company.
Lead the efficient delivery of change through analysis, definition, and documentation of requirements whilst identifying potential solutions using agile delivery frameworks.
Solve complex technical and business problems and learn new technology and frameworks.
Work with different stakeholders to design flexible and adaptive applications that can grow with the business needs.
Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and improve; you are responsible for the entire lifecycle of your product - build it, own it.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Must-have:
A pragmatic mindset.
Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written), especially in the global software development environment.
Professional experience in ReactJS, NextJS, and its ecosystem (Hooks, Context, Redux, Redux-Thunk, State Management libraries...)
Proficiency in front-end languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
Hands-on experience with Git
Hands-on with $1ESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling for partial page updates
Experience with micro-frontend is needed.
Experienced in unit test, and automated test frameworks are needed.
Familiarity with browser testing and debugging like Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari…
Nice to have:
Have 7+ years of work experience in front-end development.
Familiar with CSS Frameworks like Bootstrap, TailwindCSS, Ant Design…
Awareness of best practices in UI/UX design and development to ensure optimal user experience.
Familiarity with CI/CD and ability to set up projects accordingly.
Experienced in Vue/Angular development is a plus.
Experience working in the banking and financial domain is a plus.
