Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop technical learning solutions that address identified skill gaps and support NAB's capability development. Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimisation of learning management systems and related platforms to ensure effective content delivery and learner experience. Lead end-to-end program management for training initiatives, including needs analysis, design, development, delivery coordination, and evaluation. Collaborate with the Head of Technical Development Advisory and senior stakeholders to align learning initiatives with strategic priorities and transformation objectives. Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards across all learning content and delivery. Develop and report on key performance metrics, learning analytics, and program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent learning experiences across multiple locations.

Discussing the requirements with the team and breaking them down into epics and Jira tasks. Facilitating estimations with the team and capturing them on corresponding Jira items. Tracking progress, ensuring the team stays on plan, and keeping it up to date in Jira. Providing technical leadership and mentoring the engineering team. Conducting regular 1:1s, performance conversations, goal setting, and supporting personal development plans. Owning team delivery, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and the removal of blockers. Acting as the primary point of contact for Product Management, Release Management, and stakeholders on technical matters. Assisting in interviewing candidates and helping build out the engineering team. Fostering a culture of quality, security, and continuous improvement within the team. Active development and code ownership across the stack - C#/.NET services and React/TypeScript frontends Owning the technical direction of Managed ERP Hosting and the Documents Archive Solution Defining and evolving the technical architecture, driving the roadmap for cloud transformation, and test automation Evaluating and adopting AI-assisted development tools to accelerate team productivity. Championing secure-by-design practices and maintaining high-quality code across the entire stack. Providing hands-on incident response and on-call escalation support together with the team.

Lead and manage the technical and organizational aspects of delivering Shop 6.0 across frontend, backend, and infrastructure Coordinate parallel workstreams including frontend, backend, DevOps, and QA to plan and execute delivery scope, milestones, and releases Collaborate with senior engineers to make key architectural decisions, particularly regarding microservices, APIs, and cloud-native implementation on Azure Identify and address risks related to integration, scalability, and technical dependencies, especially around ERP Cloud connection Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on scope, prioritization, and timelines Ensure code quality through reviews, mentoring, and clear standards, including a pull request process with mandatory checks and senior/lead review Provide transparency on progress, risks, and decisions to the team and management Recruit, lead, develop, and retain a team of 6 engineers, consisting of 4 backend and 2 frontend roles
