Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable applications using .NET (C#) and JavaScript (ReactJS) Act as a hands-on technical contributor while leading and managing a small development team (3-4 members), ensuring effective task allocation, delivery, and technical guidance. Collaborate with Product Owner, Development Lead, and other developers to define and deliver product increments. Develop and maintain applications, ensuring code quality and scalability. Implement and optimize continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira and JFrog Artifactory.
