JOB DESCRIPTION

Analyzing and understanding enterprise data landscape and mapping data stores and flows for our micro-service approach
Implementing high performance, scalable, and testable components for our architecture
Developing and deploying modern architectural patterns/techniques including the use of modern frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring Cloud for backend, and Angular for frontend
Creating RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions leveraging container technologies
Managing CI/CD pipeline to ensure automation, security, and scalability throughout the development lifecycle
Conducting regular code reviews, static/dynamic analysis, and addressing security vulnerabilities
Implementing continuous monitoring and incident response for prompt threat identification and resolution
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
Upholding high engineering standards and focusing on performance and scalability
Collaborating with various teams to meet engineering principles and act as a change agent
Writing well-documented, maintainable, and clean code
Demonstrating strong English communication skills
Utilizing rapid prototyping techniques to accelerate time-to-market
Keeping updated with new technology trends.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Full-stack Engineer with experience in architecting, developing, and deploying modern cloud native solutions using microservices architecture.
Senior level experience in designing solutions for managing complex business rules within the Azure/AWS ecosystem and cloud infrastructure.
Extensive experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their security features.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure Pipeline, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and GitLab CI.
Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Terra-grunt, and Helm, and familiarity with the GitOps concept.
Expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
Understanding of AI and machine learning principles to enhance security measures and automate threat detection.
Previous work experience in Insurance consulting/architecture within a software and/or services company.
Ability to decompose complex issues, find solutions, and summarize effectively.
Autonomous project management skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
