JOB DESCRIPTION

Create, build, and deploy front-end and back-end web applications
Lead and oversee the project's technical aspects
Enhance the technical skills of the team and establish an education and training system to foster growth
Assist in recruiting and technical assessments to attract engineering talent and build an efficient organization
Facilitate project progression through effective communication with all stakeholders
Streamline development processes and workflows, and suggest tools and frameworks to improve efficiency
Recommend the adoption of new technologies and architectural designs

JOB REQUIREMENT

Necessary qualifications and expertise:
Proficiency in Japanese language, at N2 to N1 level
Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (experience in Vue.js or React is mandatory)
Profound understanding and practical implementation of PHP (Laravel framework) for back-end development
Experience in the design and implementation of MySQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
Knowledge and practical experience in cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Collaboration experience using Git for version control
Practical experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment
Technical expertise in optimizing application performance
Strong motivation for organization and process design, along with leadership experience
 
Preferred qualifications and experience:
Prior involvement in building CI/CD pipelines
Experience in designing and implementing authentication and payment functions
Knowledge and experience in security measures (data security, vulnerability diagnosis)
Understanding and practical experience in SEO best practices
Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
