JOB DESCRIPTION

Create and manage internal web applications for both cloud and on-premise systems, including backend and frontend components
Take ownership of product development and feature creation
Design features that meet business needs and can function efficiently at scale
Write code using high-quality software development techniques, with a focus on testability and good design
Ensure that products are robust and stable
Maintain thorough documentation and offer ongoing support.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Must have a degree in a quantitative or technical discipline
Should have previous experience working as a Full Stack software developer
Proven track record in creating scalable and robust software web applications
Proficient in various database and messaging technologies, including SQL and Redis
Familiarity with common application frameworks for web application development, like Django, FastAPI, ReactJS, VueJS
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment as well as independently
Inspired by the transformative impact of technology at scale
Proficiency in a Unix/Linux environment
Experience with CI/CD and version control systems is a plus
Knowledge of microservices, caching tools, visualization (Grafana), logging, search, and queueing systems is advantageous
Familiarity with Kubernetes and/or distributed systems is an advantage
Finance experience is not mandatory
