JOB DESCRIPTION

Good working experience in D365 functional areas such as Finance, End to end supply chain management and Operations.
Experience in end-to-end implementation projects.
Familiarity with budgeting modules from a finance perspective and D365 ERP.
Proficiency in operating in Shared Services.
Ability to collaborate with remote and onsite teams and customer teams to understand existing configurations, customizations, and integration of business requirements.
Assist the delivery team in understanding the overall solution and application support requirements.
Essential Duties and Key Results Area:
Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze Business Requirements, then translate them into functional requirements and design documents for system development tasks.
Support the delivery team in understanding the overall solution and application support needs.
Demonstrate strong analytical and consulting skills.
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Assist the delivery team during testing and deployments.
Ensure delivery of quality projects.
Clearly communicate expected challenges and offer possible solutions or alternatives.
Explain unexpected issues and provide possible solutions or alternatives.
Think critically about potential impacts of development projects on the existing system and explain these impacts clearly.
Provide assistance to other team members by participating in brainstorming sessions, discussing solutions, and assisting in project reviews.
Stay updated with current D365 versions and technology trends.

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, especially in professional services.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners and team members.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Having Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 certifications is a plus.
Proficient in creating Functional Design Documents.
Proficient in creating systems and user test cases.
Works effectively with individuals from various backgrounds.
Proficient in understanding technical documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Can work well with minimal supervision and adapt to changing environments.
