JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensuring Quality in Game Projects
Create a plan for developing gameplay and feature systems for the project.
Implement all systems based on the project timeline.
Estimate ETA and assess work progress accurately.
Expertise in implementing UI according to mock-ups.
Assign tasks to junior/fresh developers with supervision to support efficient project progress.
Communicate effectively with Game Designers to ensure access to necessary tools for balancing game parameters.
Maintain good communication with Artists to ensure receipt of all assets and compliance with optimization rules for the game project.
Perceive and refine the game experience and optimize it for performance across various devices.
Provide insights and brainstorm ways to enhance the gaming experience.
Training and Supporting New Team Members:
Provide direct training to junior developers to equip them with the necessary skills to handle more challenging tasks efficiently.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Knowledge
Proficient in Design Patterns and SOLID principles
Skilled in Unity (C#) programming
Familiar with optimizing FPS and memory for Unity
Understanding of Design Patterns and SOLID principles is advantageous
Familiarity with Shader is beneficial
Knowledge of nodejs, python, nim... is beneficial

Proficient in rapidly building product prototypes using Unity
