Senior Game Artist

Define and establish the overall visual style and artistic direction for midcore and casual game projects.

Create key visual assets such as concept art, style references, and prototype visuals to guide production.

Ensure all in-game assets maintain a consistent visual style and meet quality standards.

Work closely with game designers and engineers to align art direction with gameplay and technical requirements.

Help define art workflows and guidelines to support efficient production.

Provide feedback on art assets produced internally or by external partners when needed.

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Arts, Animation, or related fields.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in game art, especially in mobile game development.

Proficiency in Art Fundamentals & Visual Style, including composition, color theory, lighting, and visual storytelling. Must be able to establish and maintain a consistent visual style for the game.

Proactive self-starter mindset, demonstrating ownership of tasks and the ability to identify and resolve issues without extensive guidance.

Display a strong curiosity about various game genres, art styles, and production systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and workflows.

Must show a proactive approach to leveraging AI tools and automation for improved productivity and work quality.

Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional game development team.

Excellent communication skills to effectively present artistic ideas and collaborate with designers, developers, and producers.

Proficient in English communication.
