Senior Game Designer

Design core gameplay mechanics, player interaction loops, and key gameplay systems for midcore and casual games.

Develop player progression systems including leveling, unlocking rewards, and upgrade structures.

Design and balance in-game economy systems such as currencies, rewards, and upgrade costs.

Create new gameplay features, game modes, and content to enhance player engagement.

Collaborate with engineers and artists to implement and iterate on game features.

Analyze game metrics (e.g., retention, session time, level completion) and improve gameplay systems accordingly.

Bachelor's degree in fields related to Multimedia, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Information Technology, Digital Arts, or Media and Communication is required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in game development, focusing on game prototyping, design, and playtesting.

Proficiency in game development engines (such as Unity, Unreal Engine) and design tools is essential.

Must possess a self-starter mindset, being capable of taking ownership of tasks, proactively identifying problems, and driving solutions independently.

Strong curiosity and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new game genres, art styles, production systems, tools, and workflows. Demonstrates continuous self-learning beyond assigned tasks.

Proactive mindset in utilizing AI tools and automation to enhance productivity and work quality.

Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a diverse game development team.

Fluent English communication skills are required.
