JOB DESCRIPTION

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design new games for the platform.
Developing, testing, and maintaining games to ensure they meet technical and artistic standards.
Demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow in game design, with the ability to independently manage the full game development lifecycle.
Optimizing games for performance on multiple devices and platforms.
Identifying and addressing performance issues to ensure smooth gameplay.
Providing regular updates to enhance game features and functionality.
Promptly addressing and resolving bugs to maintain game stability and quality.
Offering technical support to junior developers, regional teams, and PUGC studios.
Providing feedback and solutions for issues related to the game editor and other tools.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Passion for gaming and creating immersive experiences is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or higher is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in game development using engines like Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar, and a strong portfolio of published games. Experience with designing games for UGC platforms like Roblox, Mini World, Blockman GO, etc is advantageous.
Sound knowledge of game development concepts including game mechanics, UI design, and game balancing.
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git or SVN.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, or JavaScript. Knowledge of scripting languages like Lua, Python, etc is a plus.
Strong understanding of game mechanics, physics, 2D, 3D, and user interface design.
Experience in multiplayer game programming and implementing client/server architecture.
Effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English. Knowledge of Chinese is beneficial.
Ability to adapt to feedback and iterate on designs quickly, and deliver under pressure while handling changing priorities.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, committed to delivering high-quality gaming experiences to users.

Plan, design, and build enterprise hardware systems such as PDC, DRC, evaluating and selecting the best options to meet the organization's needs. Operate, maintain, and upgrade VMWare, OpenStack environments, backup software and libraries. Maintain, plan, deploy and protect the infrastructure environment server hardware and firmware, consolidating and improving system components such as virtualization, backup servers, SAN, Hardware security module, rack, and storage systems mainly in PDC, DRC to meet the organization's current and future requirements.
