JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist customers in smoothly integrating the platform into their services during the onboarding process
Identify how the platform can help meet business objectives and address pain points for customers to enable product usage
Help with event taxonomy and data pipeline using knowledge of SDKs, APIs, and third-party integrations
Build trust as a dependable partner for customers in marketing technology and digital growth
Share customer feedback internally to contribute to ongoing improvements for the platform

JOB REQUIREMENT

Fluent in English and Korean with exceptional communication skills
1-2 years of experience in performance marketing in areas such as marketing agencies, consulting, or media
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, along with the ability to collaborate across teams
Curious nature and quick learner with proactive and responsible attitude
Proficiency in languages other than English and Korean, particularly Vietnamese
Experience in dealing with global clients
Exceptional presentation and writing skills
Passion for sharing knowledge and simplifying complex information
Experience in digital product management, data analytics, especially in attribution and data analysis solutions
Understanding or interest in advertising technology, digital marketing, and SaaS businesses
Basic programming knowledge or interest in recent IT trends
Interest in building a career in Korea for international applicants
